You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
You are responsible for the accuracy of shipment details, COD amounts, and receiver info.
Payouts are subject to KYC approval, reserve balance rules, and bank transfer processing times.
Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment (max PKR 50,000 per shipment unless insured).
